At Jordyn’s Splash Academy, our goal is to provide a positive, flexible, and fair experience for all families. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled for swim lessons, packages, and related services.
General Refund Guidelines

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@jsaswim.com.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Processing fees may apply.
Cancellations by the Client

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled lesson are eligible for a refund.

No Refund: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson or for no-shows.
Withdrawal from Lesson Packages (Auto-Renewing)

Clients enrolled in an auto-renewing package must provide at least 14 days’ notice prior to the renewal date to cancel or withdraw without being charged for the next billing cycle.

Notice must be submitted via email to support@jsaswim.com.

No partial refunds will be given for unused classes within a current billing cycle once it has begun.
Missed Lessons

Missed lessons are non-refundable unless due to a medical emergency.

Eligible absences may be rescheduled based on instructor availability and at management’s discretion.
Cancellations by Jordyn’s Splash Academy

If we must cancel a lesson due to weather, maintenance, or instructor absence, we will offer a make-up class, or credit.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes as needed.
Non-Refundable Items

Registration fees, merchandise, and administrative charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
